Description of incident (inc date & time): It was today (04.08.2016) about 18:20 (UK time). I was joining chase. My sirens was turned on. First time he blocked road by driving next to other car. I started horning but he ignored it too. I hitted him because I had not enough time to brake. Then he was still accelerating and driving in front of me. I was all the time horning. Immediatly he has braked in front of me and I hitted him cause again not enough time to brake. After it he didn't apologize at least.
