Apologies for the short delay with this. We've been discussing this internally and have decided on the following:

• Your ban will be reduced to 2 weeks from today
• It will now be your responsibility to protect your account and ensure hacks/cheats are not used again. If we do see this again, you will be permanently banned regardless of the circumstances. As we mention frequently: Your account, your responsibility.
