Reason: I chase this person for speeding, i use !stop bind. He stops on the autobahn. I try to ask him to move, he doesn't. I get rammed up the arse by Atilla TUR / texas_16 who apologises straight away. he says "you told me to stop so i did".
So i pit, I see him stopped at the side of the road and i start a chase on him. he doesn't move and i say im going to fine you for causing an accident. So i fine him $200 which i think is fair and he says "fack your ass so hard ! give me mye money !
