Getting rid of roadworks that make the map worse

the workers at the HWA headquarters have been designing poor layouts as of late that are unsafe, closes off most of the map, and is somewhat disrupting the flow of the map
as such i would like to propose voting in the discord/tcmarket to add roadworks instead of the HWA workers implementing such ideas without getting a consensus/survey from the drivers of TC.
