As Frozen said to you in that another thread we can't start going through every report to see if they are legitimate. This time i actually went through the situation and i think it was both of your fault the accident happened. You kept doing some weird stuff on the road while the another user wasn't paying enough attention to what was happening in front of him. You apologized for it which is nice to see but doesn't always make things right.

If you keep getting constantly reported you should probably think what you are doing wrong, as it reflects community's opinion about you.
