Well, the distance itself at which he was following seemed suitable. Although, he probably should have taken your advice when you asked him twice to stop following else a crash will happen. Then, as expected, near Truck Stop he crashes into a cop due to not slowing down for sirens. I will put a warning on his URS but this will be his final warning about rules in relation to this. Next time he should expect something more serious.
