Alright, he has clearly crashed on himself. Nick did not touch him, at all. If accusing him was meant as a joke, he took it too far.

After pretty much destroying two chases behind him after that, while he was being nearly stationary on the Highway 1, it took him quite a long time to apologise. However, since his URS record was filled quickly in the last four months, a short ban will be issued, to make sure that the player takes a break and reads the server rules again. A 12 hours ban will be issued.
