Hello.

I've watched the replay and using that along with the chatlogs, I know he disrespected sirens and rammed you. Due to his relatively clean URS, join time etcetera, I will give him a very strict warning. He won't get let off so easily next time.

EDIT: Actually, you did turn your siren off so it's possible he couldn't see the siren (!siren) however he did still blatantly ram.

Action has been taken as described.
