Sorry about the crime, I'm having trouble keeping up with my costs as well, I was counting on the Solar farm being built. Due to some bug, it will probably never build unless there's some kind of moderator that can just put it in the great works site. My power plant is costing me roughly 300 per array and however much it is for a solar power plant and it only makes 280mW (the solar farm will make 2000mW for 300 per hour), because of this I've had to shut down my schools and the university (that sucker drains 4.5k per hour from me D. Sorry about the crime, but I can't do much about it until this problem with the great work gets fixed, which could be never being EA.
