Traditionally, yes.

Of course, that doesn't apply to all MEDs, but it is true that there are a larger proportion of 'noob' MEDs than any other role.

The primary causes of the problem are these: (although there are a few more)

1. A lot of people with revoked cop rights tend to be drawn to the MED role, because they can still drive fast with sirens. Many of these people lost their cop rights in the first place due to the inability to drive fast with sirens without causing havoc, the inability to restrain themselves from driving fast (usually with sirens) when not in a chase, difficulty following instructions, or a combination of the three. These issues all apply to the MED role.

2. There are no proper rules regarding MEDs (although there are now official guidelines while we work on some) and no means of revoking MED rights. Hopefully, we will have solutions for those soon.
