Okay, even though you spun out in front of Killa, he was at fault. Siren signs are there exactly for that purpose, which is to warn other drivers about a potential danger. He ignored the siren sign completely and thus crashed into you at a high speed.

Since Killa doesn't have any kind of history for similar offences, he will receive an official warning this time.
