1 minute doesn't make any difference.
And when only 1 cop starts chasing you, you are given the opportynity either stop or take a risk that you might have 4 cops on you instead of 1 by running away. I think if you make the choise to escape rather than pay a fine for example, you are saying that you are ready to evade 4 Cops aswell.  No point in a limit to this. When you fail to stop, you fail to stop. Either way you are being given a choise every single time. |
