By the looks of things it almost looks intentional but, I'm hinted that he just wasn't paying attention due to the situation because, he actually slammed on his brakes at the last minutes.

Saying that, he failed to apologize and he has been warned multiple times as well as banned for failing to do so therefore, the user will receive a longer ban.
