at replay 1.13.04 winkiller starts to ram preal who was afk, and rolling he over village some minutes.

Not sure what this user was doing to be honest. He only has 13 hours gaming time on the servers so seems fairly new and does not have any history of bad behaviour.

He will, however, receive a confirmable warning for deliberate ramming/pushing a stationary car around for no reason.
