I think it would be better if u laser someone that is on the same lane as you.

EX: Now when u cop on AB there are 2 lanes and there are 2 drivers an XFG and an FZ5. XFG is going 160 which is the limit and FZ5 is clearly speeding. But because i am behind the XFG i cant !laser the FZ5.

That's actually technically a nightmare and would probably bring weird results if you're in the curvy part of the Autobahn since lasers don't care for curves.

Even if this were possible, it would make getting a laser even more frustrating than it already is.

Leave it as how it is, just speed a bit more or get closer to the suspect you want, and it will change.
