FZ5 Syrian Police (Approved)

Hi there. Tbh for me the skin shouldn't have problems, but hey, better be sure it complies with le rules.

The base is from the Syrian Police (which some of the police cars are german, hence the green & white scheme and others are completely red) with a few obvious changes to match the TC req for the skin.
Traffic Dept is fictional to match the server, mostly as I haven't found anything related to traffic enforcement, plus there isn't that much info/photos out there (Same goes for the chevron).
Police in both the hood and the doors was suppossed to be red, but testing it out offline found out it could hardly be readable, mostly on the doors, so I changed it to plain white for better vis.
(It will be a private skin I will use on the server).
