-Well , i was driving on the " Oval Ring " , and Patrol was driving there too.
I was a time rear him , and as you can see in the video sometimes he was going left and right avoiding " faster's car lane " and " slow's cars lane ".

When i was rear him for overtake him, he was infront of me blocking me (At the fast lane) , so i horned him for let me pass, he moved for let me pass , but again back infront of me , so i horned again , he moved and when i was passing... He slammed his brakes and turned into me for cause a colision.

If you check the video and pres ''f'' or check inside camera you can see how he slammed brakes and turns the wheel into me.

Hope he recieves his deserved ban.

Ok just a note before I deal with patrol, please do not honk at other users to let you pass, if you're side by side and you are not sure if they know you are there, then ok you may honk once or twice just to let them know you are there, but please don't sit behind a user honking to let you pass.


And now about patrol, from the looks of it he clearly wasn't happy about the fact you was honking at him so he clearly decided to turn into you as you passed him. So for this he will be banned, thanks for the report.
