Reason :
In this chase vincent was running from 2 cops. While one comes from behind pits, the other cop blocks vincents way out. Vincent puts it in reverse and ends up behind the pits again, Adi bumbs him on he's side and keeps revving it and pushes him into the vence, I saw this all happening. For me this is clearly a ram. Wich should not be used in any way. certanly not a cop in a chase.

If you ask me, this user should be awere of the difirents between blocking, and ram.

I am a beginning cop, I've my rights from yesterday.
I said sorry to [CSR] Vincent and send him money.
Im sure that will never happen again.

btw. [CSR] Vincent dont want to report but Paul do that anyway.

I feld needed to report you for your actions aginst what you did.
Vincent is next to me and agreed to report you, after seeing how you actually did it. Not accepteble.

I know exacly what to do with rammers.

A notice (Not a warning) will be added to his URS for ramming. It will not be a warning as it was not that hard. If you do it again ofcourse, it will be a warn / kick / ban.
