I was unintentionally cought in a chase. I didn't follow it or anything. I was cruising my own way, then some people kept crashing ahead of me, for several times. There was nowhere to turn so after being dulled out by this few times I decided to go thru as I realized it was a chase, it was too late and I was pulled over and without any understanding penalized with a big fine. The cop then simply pulled away not giving me any understanding, I might have slipped into his car after that a little bit. Please, some understanding.

You didn't move for sirens, hence was fined for failure to more for sirens, the fine tells you what it was for on the Insim before the fine is issued, I drove away as I had to wait for an automatic fine as you didn't pay, you did not ask why during this duration. You then decided afterward I drove away to drive and ram into me at a fast speed; this is ramming. You have been on the server long enough to realise you do not ram anyone on the server for any reason, and of course if you ram straight into an admin they will take action. There was no 'slip' you aimed and me and didn't brake; hence you were banned and are still banned.

I didn't hear no sirens. I don't have all this cruise stuff onboard. I wasn't even in the way when I passed you people. I wanted to discuss with you, but you just went away with no regards. Man pardon me if I have feelings. /

Sirens are displayed on screen visually and also as audio. You didn't pass me, you passed another chase and didn't move. I didn't go with no regard, I waited for fine period to end, you didn't speak during that time. You still rammed me which is against the rules; I have feelings as well, I don't like people ramming me for no reason

No, I race in fullscreen mode (Shift + F) and when i noticed being chased i pulled over, almost instantly? Surely I said something during the time. What I didn't understand was why the fine was so big, since I pulled over, almost right away, in safe place.

The fine wasn't based on you pulling over, it was based on the fact you broke a rule whilst breaking a law, which is more serious, I could have banned you for that offence in the first place. So you admit ramming now, we are getting somewhere. You have been warned before for the offence of hitting people.

Ok. I just wanted you to understand under which circumstances I broke that law and why I had been so worked up about it. I guess it would be silly simply to expect the ban to be lifted, however can it be shortened as we now understand each other a little bit better?

I'll have a discussion about this, however you have been banned before.

Ok. Well I'm discovering things on your server as I go. Looks like this thing being cought in a chase is causing me a lot of unnecessary troubles. Let me know what you guys have concluded with discussion.

The reason I banned you was not based on the interfering with the chase, it was the ramming.

Yes I understand. However, I didn't understand why such a huge fine for passing the chase safely as I had only later discovered it was chase even, so in the end the chase was reason to all the mess you know.

Nevertheless, pardon me for gentle ramming again, inspenctor Cal. I think I apologized enough, we should grab a beer and share a story or two sometime.

If you agree to not ram again, you will be unbanned due to your apology and you admitting to the offence, however if any offence which breaks the rules is committed again, you will be banned again and the ban will be greater. Agreed?
