[TC] Police - New program for cops

Hi,

I'd like to announce a small project I've been doing in my spare time. It's called [TC] Police and it contains all the things a cop on [TC] could possibly want or need.

Main Features:

• Quickly search for a user's statistics
• Quickly refer to the fine list
• Quickly view the cop and server rules
• Record notes in the [TC] Police Notebook
• Browse [TC] Websites
• Browse the web
  

Once you have downloaded and extracted the .rar file I recommend that you read these instructions so that you know what is what. If you want to find it out for yourself then that's ok of course!

Instructions of use:

- Browser:

The first search box is for general web browsing, it will update the main browsing window. The main browser will also be updated when you click any of the buttons under the quick navigation bar.

The quick navigation bar contains useful links that might come in handy to some of you.

The second search box is for searching a users statistics. This will appear where my website logo is. If it displays "Username Unknown", you need to enter another username because the one you entered was probably spelt wrong.

-Notebook

The Police Notebook button changes the browser into a fully functioning notepad styled program. You can use the controls found in the "notebook" tab to save, open, undo, copy, paste etc... This could come in handy if you want to quickly record something.

The navigation buttons under the notebook button are for browser navigation only.

Looks awesome...next time I cop i will try this out for sure...my only suggestion as of now would be to allow the window to be resized...but I understand if there is a reason it can't be resized Good work man, +rep fo sho

Damn it Pete! It's releases like this that give me such an urge to play the game. I've downloaded it anyway =p

IT looks fantastic, although, the 'refresh' button needs to be a tad longer so the wording on one line, and a couple of other buttons could be a little bigger, but it looks nice.

I just tried it. Wow its nice and really really useful as well as realistic with this notebook where you can note down things on the patrol.

I made myself a driver records template so i can list down all the offences i catch people do . You may use it... download in attachment

And a suggestion. Can you make it so you can format specific pieces of text instead of that the whole text gets the color you choose etc?

One: Anyway, rtf only allows u to make the whole document 1 colour using 1 font.
Two: Enabling people to resize the window jumbles up the buttons in the middle too much.

You can't get best cops etc on that page though Weelob. That's why I used the forum one.
