Throughout yesterday I saw you online two times, both times I received numerous complaints that you were causing trouble by messing around in the middle of roads, getting in the way of chases, interfering with chases and ramming people.

In one day of playing this is all the admin actions that were taken on you:

- Kicked once by [TC]►Sheep◄ for your messing around in junctions and negligent driving around other players.

- An hour later you were kicked by myself for drifting the roundabout, attempting to ram suspects in chase and then failing to respond to me when I was talking to you despite my many attempts to gain your attention.

- You then returned and within another hour had received two swearing fines and a subsequent auto kick.

- Finally, I caught you trying to ram suspects in chase again despite my earlier warnings and several people telling you in the main chat not to interfere.

Due to the lengths of time between all of these incidents and the one incident involving swearing, I highly doubt all of these problems were caused by your 5 year old brother. That said, our servers operate a "Your account, your responsibility" policy as BP mentioned above and so if your brother did cause any of these incidents the responsibility still lies with you as the account owner. It would be advisable to not let him play or to let him play while you keep a close eye on what he's doing in the future.

As for the unban, I won't be unbanning you since i'm confident it was you who caused most of these issues on the server. Your ban is only 3 days so making an appeal would be rather pointless however if you feel my decision is incorrect or unfair you may do so, please ensure you read the conditions first.
