Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): 12:30 - after fining him for illegal parking he takes off wrong way on the autobahn, wanted to chase him but gave up because of safety, he then proceeds to insult my mother pretty badly and swearing in turkish, at 12:50 he starts the insulting, he says "ananin ami yapiyorum seyler" and then "siktir git kafama delirtme".
