49:10 Since the suspect is approaching me, I try to make a u turn maneuver with a quick move but tbug chooses to hit me even though there is a lot of space on his left side, if you watch from the interior camera, at the last moment he turns the steering wheel towards me and hits me and I have to start the chase with heavy damage.

When I contacted him at the end of the chase, he denied it, saying that he didn't hit me but that I was damaged by hitting the wall.

i wanted to test the updated rules: 15.2.1 Chase participants are permitted to use minor, calculated and tactical force against each other.
I didnt want to damage your car but create a gap between me and you so i can have better chances to escape

It's not a little tactical power, you hit me at full throttle and I was thrown against the wall.


and also after this chase was over I chased you again for a lane violation and I wanted to give you a small fine for a different reason and you went and immediately complained to the admins and my urs history got dirty because of you.

The incident

TBug, you had ample time and space to avoid hitting Emir. The level of contact you made was not minor. You hit Emir's rear at about 67mph, causing him to spin multiple times. It was a clear ram and a warning will be issued in respect of this.

Attitude

We also need to address your attitude.

When Emir addressed the incident after the chase, you very quickly replied with "???" and "u ram the wall". I appreciate you then said "when did I ram u", but why did you not just ask this question in the first place?

"???" achieves nothing and "u ram the wall" is a vexatious response which also achieves nothing. Obviously nobody ever intends to ram a wall, particularly when they are trying to catch a suspect (which you would have known as Emir had chased you for a prolonged period of time).

When Emir explained what you did: "the first time I stepped out in front of you, you hit me and I almost flip", your response (instead of trying to resolve the situation) was "that was your fault for doing an uturn infront of me".

There were so many other ways you could have responded to Emir (even if you genuinely believed it was his fault at that time), but you chose to be arrogant in your response to him. This is a lack of respect (rule 1.1)

You have already been banned on three occasions over the past year (including more recently) for falling short of rule 1.1 (Respect other players), and a 60 day ban for toxic behaviour in-game chat.

Notwithstanding those bans which relate to your poor attitude, behaviour and lack of respect towards other players; when you did have the opportunity to respond to this thread to show an ounce of decorum or maturity, you instead responded with "Hello that was a clear ram sorry bye". This is not a sincere apology and is half-hearted at best. Saying the word 'sorry' does not automatically make things better, it is not a tick-box exercise.

(As a side note, why have you acknowledged it was a 'clear ram', but in the same post mentioned that you were trying to test the rules? The rules are not there to be tested and if you have acknowledged it was a 'clear ram' then I think you have to start questioning why you did it in the first place. It is illogical to clearly ram someone and then say you were 'testing' the rules. This line of reasoning is weak and shows that you do not think before you speak.)

It is difficult to comprehend how you manage to maintain this poor standard of behaviour/attitude even when acknowledging your own wrongdoing. I cannot honestly say that you have learnt from your previous bans. It is clear from your history that TC Admins have spent more than enough time trying to resolve your attitude problems and it comes a time where enough is enough. In consideration of everything mentioned, you will be banned for 90 days. Please fix your attitude, we do not want to spend any more time dealing with it.
