21:58 - Performs illegal stunts on a public road. I chased him and told not to do so. loolsh (username: DEEMz167) overtook a chase.

26:48 - Rams an AFK user.

29:00 - Continues to stunt.

Performing illegal stunts on the public roads, in this case two wheels, despite I had told him to not.

He is new, i have given him a confirmable ingame warning. Lets see how does from now on.
