i searched and searched..but i cant find the Marktplace with cars here in Tc...

It can also be found on the links tab on the main webside which can be found here:

http://www.city-driving.co.uk/links/

Right above corner, click CityDriving.
Then click Insim.
Then click Used Car Market.

When you find a car you like, do !buy <vin> in the server.
