What would you like to report. Please state the replay timestamp and the rule he has broken. At the moment there is nothing that Dino did wrong.
He worked three consecutive chase. I have not even turned again already begun Chase.

He has chased you twice for breaking the speedlimit, each time he lasered you and the insim gave you a fine.
Dino is perfectly fine to do that, if you don't want to get chased i suggest you abide the speedlimit.
Also next time you make a report, please take a look at our rules to see what is allowed and what is not. Otherwise you will yet again waste our time.
