11:38:00 - Shagger blocked me from U-Turning.
Description of Incident: I was chasing my suspect down Castle Hill towards the junction. My suspect then lost control of his car and span out hitting a barrier. Unfortunately, I couldn't slow down enough and nudged him into a barrier. It was at this point that Shagger came speeding down towards me, ignoring all signs of sirens, and hit me and sent my flying into the wall. I understand that this was a mistake, however he still should have moved for sirens. He then still tried to get passed me and as a result, I couldn't U-Turn to catch up with my suspect. He made no intention to move and blocked me, causing me to lose my chase.
