17:05: He starts following my chase (no backup call was made, so he didn't join, and didn't turn on lights/sirens
17:09: He goes in backwards on the highway, in a dangerous narrow corner.
17:19: He makes a U-turn on the highway, and drives wrong way.
17:32: Illegal parking on the highway.
17:40: Wrong way again.
17:47: I can't avoid the crash, because he's still driving wrong way in a narrow place of the HIGHWAY.
I flip and get busted. Not even a sorry when I asked him.

This report is being looked into. Please be patient.

He is a very new [COP] and as of yet not done his Basic Training but has applied to do it.
I shall talk to him on the server and go over a few things with him. When you start copping it can be very hard for some and not others. He does do the above that you have stated, so i shall talk to him and iron these problems out.

No action has been taken for reasons described.
