You need to connect to the internet somehow, and go to the manufactorer of your laptop's support site. When there, you should be able to find the appropriate driver for exactly your system.
Yeah but i using wireless now, trying to find some drivers to ethenet controller somehow.
its very slowly wireless net and taking ages for me even i got 2 routers around my house
As I said, you can find the ethernet controller driver on your laptop manufactorers support website.

Google Search > "<laptop brand name> <laptop model/type number> ethernet controller driver"
And it should give you what you need. It is that simple.
I will se what i find and come back here later thanks.
Alternatively you can right-click on your Ethernet-controller, select properties, go to details tab, select Hardware ID, copy it and search for the drivers for it

Its not working that way saying not driver not found
Are you sure you're copying the Driver-ID into your browser and searching for it?
ID should look something like this: PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8168&CC_0200 or PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8168&SUBSYS_82C61043&REV_02
