7:43:70 got hit by BaDUm, who was in chase (I notest later on). He was wrong side of road and hit me to OOB. He didnt say anything about accident and quit directly after he was busted.

Yeah he has spend a while on TC and should know those rules by now. Disconnecting won't help him in that case. User has been banned.
