● Description of incident (inc Date & Time) : The guy chased me and couldn't bust me, I got away at each chase, then he got mad, changed his nickname to a non-cop one, and hit my car with rage.

Then I realised that he reported me after he crashed my car, so I decided to report him as well. I know TC is very strict about revenge and/or rage crashes.. Thanks

He did apologise (eventually) but his excuse of "I was looking at something" doesn't seem valid. When, in real life, you look at something, you tend not to accelerate and steer to the right majorly. It is a classic symptom of an intentional ram.

A warning has been issued.
