Timestamps for Kapeluska:
1:13:04 - Blocks me as I try to drive off to chase Bruno.
1:13:33 - Drives past the chase , clearly ignoring the sirens.
1:15:03 - Drives past the chase, U turns and starts following again.
1:15:53 - Hits Bruno, keeps interfering with the chase.
1:18;29 - Interferes with the chase by driving wrong way towards me and Pikku purposely.
1:19:51 - Ignores sirens again, ending in him hitting Pikku, then reverses to block Bruno.
1:22:48 - Blocks Bruno and interferes with the chase despite me doing !move on him. He then forces Bruno into the barrier.

Timestamps for G r B 3 H_
1:16:58 - Despite Bruno driving in reverse, He just drives right into him, which makes him spin into Pikku.
1:22:13 - Follows the chase and hits the back of me.
1:30:30 - Rams me ignoring sirens.

Timestamps for Panda:

1:21:20 - Overtakes the chase despite the sirens.
1:25:39 - Ignores sirens, goes to overtake the chase and smashes Bruno.

Many peoples just messing around when there was no admins around.

Few more things he also did wrong:

Stunting by doing donuts in the road and slightly harrassing you to provoke a chase.

Apart from that everything else up there is correct.

Despite his only 40days on the server he already has quite a history for it.
Looks like he still doesn't want to follow the rules in that regard.

1:21:20.00 Looks like he didn't see the sirens in the middle of the road and crashed into the cop. He should have said sorry though.

And he did move quite nicely shortly after that.

1:25:39.00 Yeah. The excuse he made was rubbish since the person that lagged was way before smashing bruno.

He should have just waited till you cleared the Archway and continued driving then. He has been here long enough to know not to do that.
