i got false banned because some one report me for ram him and all i unfortunately hit i say sorry and pay and i never ram the guy there say i ram him in ban request

the man i ram xaoz•535d is my friend in real life

Yelling isn't going to change anything. You saw the stationary cop and your request will be denied. Feel free to make an unban appeal, but before you make an appeal, read the sample post.
