31:40 - User cuts my way as I am chasing my suspect. He is being told to move for police, which means giving way (which he did) and slowing down. User didn't slow down and as my suspect turned right from the road exit on the Autobahn, the user had a crash with me with a little bit of lag.

Failure to slow down and move for sirens.

This report is being looked into. Please be patient.
User showed some intent to move for sirens, but failed to slow down and give way properly.
I will give him a confirmable warning and lets see if that fixes his behaviour.

Action has been taken as described.
