User does not show any sign of caring and/or slowing for chases.
User starts by following very closely to the chase and tries to force his way through a chase, doing so he hits the suspect and a cop. Then speeds of, hitting a set of barriers and blocking the path of another cop in the same chase.

User has also admitted to have access to a second account.

This report is being looked into. Please be patient.

Like mentioned in the report above, the user is so new that there's no point in banning him. I've added yet another message that he will be prompted by upon his next join. We'll also keep an eye on his future behaviour.
