Replay Timestamps: 1:57:00 - Kjell Speeds into another player and rams our chase

Description of Incident: Myself, Howlin and [TT] LuckyLuke were in a chase however, at the timestamp, another driver who had slowed for sirens was hit by Kjell who had ignored all signs of sirens and full on sped into the back of him and sent himself and this other driver into our chase causing the suspect to escape our block.

This report is being looked into. Please be patient.
I have seen and spoken to this user on the server before and i do know the he is aware of our rules and does follow them. I feel this really does only look like one accident where he completely failed to pay attention.

Obviously it is very annoying that he ruined your box, but i do not feel that one mistake from him should warrant a warning right away. I will keep an eye on him, but i will take no action upon this.
