11:32 - Doesn't slow down for a chase ahead and crashes on a civilian.

12:16 - A complete intentional ram on the chase.

Disrespect of the sirens, failing to apologize after crashing on civilians, ramming. I tried to talk to him after the chase, but all I got was him laughing on me when I asked for a sorry.

The user has only 2 hours gaming time and is probably unaware of TC rules, he shall be given an official warning, which will also include a link to TC rules for him to read.
