Changes in the Recruitment System
We are happy to announce that we've made some changes in our Recruitment System. From now on, all the recruiters will have to pass a Personalized training by [RDSR].
The training will take place in our Team Server, using a
Self- Programmed InSim by
[RDSR] Frozen, which will teach our new members what they have to do, with everything
automated and leaded by one or two Trainer(s) of the team.
The InSim will teach them how to perform a P.I.T Maneouver, a Box-Maneouver, an U-Turn block and much more maneouvers. The InSim also has the possibility to perform a final chase, with a max of 4 users to Join as Backup. The InSim has also a build-in chat feature for Trainer(s).
We want to give our new recruits the best of our knowledge in copping so that they proudly wear our name. We are searching experienced drivers and coppers, and we believe that this new InSim will help us to do that.
Thanks!

Wouldn't it be easier if you find out whether the recruits has passed basic training or not? Anyway good luck to the training system.

Good luck.
Didn't know there was an Affiliated team which uses a self-made InSim to train their members?
However,
Sounds nice
good luck with it.
Nice
Best of luck with the system!
Nice Frozen, if you need any help let me no ok
Congrats for inventing unique training system!
And good luck with it
This is RDSR's 2nd time for some sort of training system, though this sounds a bit.. Better
Good luck with it, hope it works as you've planned
We'll try our best, there's no need for something complicated. At all, the Trainer(s) are the ones who do the training, and the ones who decide if they pass or not. The InSim is just used as a feedback / chase system + Guideline to have everything a little more automated.

However,
Cool story bro.
