Reason: After being told not to get involved in any chases, he kept on going ramming people in chase or out of chase, replay will show more:

2:28:50 - hitting colonio, drives off
2:29:05 - gets involved in chase (again), hitting GB
2:30:40 - hits fatty in the back
2:30:50 - hits rifo, although he says sorry he didn't even attempt to brake
2:32:12 - tries to hit JESUS (intentionally turns into him)
2:32:30 - hits him again
2:37:10 - hits JESUS again
2:38:50 - rams jesus (doesn't attempt to brake)
2:39:05 - goes through the pit garage
2:42:10 - rams JESUS again
2:44:17 - hits my car on purpose
2:51:15 - goofing around in pits
2:51:36 - hits my car again
2:52:15 - hits Mullwar
2:54:00 - police skin on
2:55:14 - wrongsides and hits someone
2:56:20 - starts hitting cop

I'll look into this now for you - but I need a reply first, I can't do one without one unfortunately.
Sorry to interfere, I do have two things to say though.

1. This user didn't pay attention to any other player, he didn't only cause crashes accidentally, but also rammed people deliberately. He did break many rules in a span of 15-20 mins not even caring about anyone.

2. I did something wrong too, I swore for losing 60km 40mins chase because of this user. Sorry for that. I got fined 1000 for it.
User will be banned. Thank you.
