11:00 - I am in chase, approaching for a right onto Acme Street. The user thinks he has right of way and turns into Acme Street, causing a collision. Fails to apologise.
13:40 - I ask to speak to him regarding the incident and right up until 17:22 where he states he doesn't remember anything (and along with that, no apology)
