10:41 - BlueBull drives over the stopping zones and crashes slightly on a car coming out from a garage.

13:10 - Mr. BadMan tries to cut out an overtaking MRT.

19:57 - BlueBull PITs Mr. BadMan on the wrong side of the road; suspect had to dodge the incident.

20:28 - Mr. BadMan friendly rams one's friend once again.

24:33 - Mr. BadMan wrong ways on the pit lane and parks inside a garage.

26:36 - BlueBull wrong ways on the pit lane and parks inside the same garage where Mr. BadMan is.

27:10 - A victim spawns in the garage.

27:51 - Mr. BadMan drives through a garage and eventually both park inside it once again. BlueBull says "he asked him to park inside it."

29:19 - The incident above interested a civilian which encouraged the civilian to drive through a garage oneself.

33:10 - One of them uses an illegal horn.

Driving over the stopping zones on the main Safezone, provoking accidents, friendly ramming, wrong way driving on the pit lane, parking inside active garages, failure to apologise, use of illegal horns, rulebraking encouraged other users to brake the rules.

The two main users you reported have very clean records, and nothing in the replay is completely ban worthy, therefore they will both receive quite strict warnings.

JRS004 (BadMan) received a warning for multiple rule violations.
Danoon24 (BlueBull) received a warning for multiple rule violations. He was the one using the illegal horn, by the way.

YARDA-LFS received a warning for going through active garages (around the timestamp 29:19) although I wouldn't necessarily say they encouraged it. YARDA did it of his own accord and had a choice whether to or not. The other two were not really endorsing it from what I could see.
