I was kicked for numberplate 4NAL S3X, its not even a normal word. So,then i changed number plate to NAL SIX,i got banned by Pipa. He said because it pains families and other people,But ITS NOT EVEN A WORD!!!

Looks like you won't be coming back. So i will make this quick then.
Your first plate was "4NAL S3X" and obviously meant anal sex, thereby violating rule 1.7. I told you two times that TC is a family friendly server and such words have to be used somewhere else, on top of that i also asked you repeatedly to change it.
You failed to comply so i kicked you. You soon came back and instead of dropping the whole petty issue, you decided you weren't done yet and put your plate to "NAL SIX".
If you had chosen that plate from beginning nobody would have bothered, however it shows to me that you were not willing to comply with me telling you to change it to something appropriately and completely ingoring me. By doing so you violated Rule 9.1 and 9.2 and got a 7day ban.

If you get a punishment, you very likely broke a server rule. Obey the [TC] members' orders. We are not here to ruin the fun, but to keep everything in order and safe. If a [TC] member tells you to stop doing something, do so.
