This user has been reported lots of times before for ramming, and if memory serves me correctly, he has just returned from a hefty ban imposed by Pipa back in December (here). Clearly not learnt his lessons.

The ram didn't directly involve me, but I recognised his username immediately as being one I've had dealings with before.

The user is a recidivist, he did exactly the same as the last time : He rammed that parked car then he immediatly disconnected from the server. It was done on purpose. He will receive a new ban.
