Hello!

Hope everyone had a happy holiday Smile

I'm having an issues with my new laptop, LFS will not run properly. It opens but get stuck at the black screen before the logo pops up. The only way to make it work is to reinstall it. Otherwise it gets stuck in the black.

Thanks in advance,

Kenwood
LFS writes a log into its folder, maybe that could help.
So it does it after every reinstall?
Maybe try opening the .exe file from the lfs directory ??

It works right when I reinstall it, however when I want to play later it doesn't start.

I'm pretty sure I did that in the video, or maybe it was the other recording. Either way I did do that but it didn't do anything.

And Chuck, I'll check the log...
Log from 15 min ago (failed start) (Click to View)
I'll run LFS again for a longer time and post the log from that attempt.
The log looks fine. It seems like is started normally, but simply doesn't show a thing.
I would try these things one by one:
1. Toggle fullscreen when it's supposed to be running (shift+f4)
2. Move the card_cfg.txt out of the lfs folder and then try to start it.
3. Move the cfg.txt out of the lfs folder and then try to start it.
I have tried number 1 already, but I will try 2 and 3.

I managed to get it running from opening up someone else's replay.

Thanks.
It works when I remove the cfg.txt, however it will return to it black state when I restart it. The audio does work now!

The video issues is only resolved when I remove the cfg.txt.
Post on LFS forum with all this info.
