yes i was donuting close to the SZ2...
then Naoki Nakamura's - hit me then i said no sorry...
he didnt say sorry for hitting me i watched the replay and he was going with some speed
I REALLY DONT KNOW WHY people don tsay <sorry>

He clearly rams into you at full speed, and then drives into the safe-zone 2 area then pits and does not apologise for ramming into you. Please also note that you where doing donuts like you said and the entrance into SZ2 was not clear, had you not been doing donuts at the entrance then he would of had a clear entry and possibly this would not of happened. However he did ram you and failed to give an apology so therefore he will receive a warning for this.
