26:14 - User accelerates head-on to a chase. After the incident, ~20 seconds later, crashes to the same chase once again.

Disrespect of the sirens, ramming, failure to apologise.

The user disrespects sirens, he is also ramming, and fails to apologise
He will be given an official confirmable warning for the above said.

Action has been taken as described.
