He followed me and the other UF1 for a while, seemingly tailgating us but never taking the initiative to overtake, but being far too close for a comfortable cruise... he then wrong sides, possibly thinking it was safe because I did-I saw the oncoming car and moved to the left-whereas he hit the LBD member head on... and then took the best part of a century (20-30 seconds) to apologize. I then move over for him to overtake, as he does I realize there's a barrier in the way so I move over slightly, still leaving an FZ5s room for him to get by, at least-so he bumps into me, and I loose control-hitting a barrier head on.

Something he never apologized for...

And then, after I told him I was reporting him, literally just after I savded the replay, he goes and says THIS.

That accident was clearly his fault. He was tailgating you and hit you in your rear, which is why you hit the barrier. Instead of apologizing, he insulted you.

Since Ras has already warned him for his language, I will leave it at that. I will however issue him another warning for ramming. Hopefully he will learn a lesson from it.
