18:10- Ram, didnt use his brake at all, starts to follow chase for a while
22:15- Starts to follow again
22:50- Rams me, in response i revers him out of the way whilst i was trying to get Sheep on his wheels
23:00- Rams Revster and drives off

each incident he doesn't say sorry once

The user came back from a ban about the same offence, he'll now serve a new one. He was following/interfering with the chase and ramming.

Action has been taken as described.
