The user starts by ramming Spark in the chase. After he bust him, he then rams into Spark yet again to then go on to ram me for no reason, probably because he had a tank set on and thought he could do what he wanted with that on.
That certainly isn't the case, as you've seen with a lot of other people doing this with tank sets on.
