Im only going to add an warning marker onto his URS.

You only asked once for him to move for you, that was when he was loosing control. You came storming down and hit him when he spun out onto the road (which from me looked like an accident).

At no point is this 'interfering with the chase'.

Will leave topic open for any futher discussion.
